Multi Order Picking

To perform the multi-picking, user need to map a bin to a location via The Hub Operation App


1. Click on Consolidation



2. Click on Bin Put-Away



3. Fill out mandatory fields, then bin will be mapped to the specified location

NOTE:

 Location type must be consolidation location and not picking or backstorage in order to complete this task



From the dashboard, we check if we have new orders by clicking on Generate Picklist Wave


1. Click on Orders, then Live Orders



2. Click on Generate Picklist Wave



3. Choose the seller, and the capacity for the picker per trip, then click on Start Picking Wave
From this page you can view data for pickers and picking trips





From The Hub Operation App, we start the picking process using the zone picking method


1. Click on Picking



2. Click on multi order



NOTE: 

If no orders available or if not bins were mapped to a consolidation location, following page will be presented



3. If orders are available, following page will be presented asking to scan a nearby location to start push orders


 


NOTE:

 If user scanned a location, and no items are in that zone, it will ask you to scan a different zone in order to receive orders



4. After scanning a location orders will be pushed. Picker will scan first the location of the item as specified, then the barcode. 



5. After finishing the picking of all items, a message will appear as follow




The next step of the zone picking, is to start the consolidation by putting each item to its respective bin based on the order


1. Click on Consolidation then Item Consolidation

 


2. Picker should scan the barcode of the nearest item to his/her hand, the system will recognize the item to which order belongs. System will ask picker to either put it in a new location, or in a specific location that system give



If consolidation is completed, following message will pop up




The packing stage can be done from the dashboard. From the consolidation tab, you can view how many orders are fully consolidated, how many are partially, and how many still in picking. If order is fully consolidated, a green font will be shown as below



1. Click on Ready to Pack tab. Scan the bin used for consolidation

NOTE: The same account that performed the picking, has to do the packing



2. A pop up window, after inspecting scan the item's barcode as many as shown below. Click on Confirm Packing



3. Choose if order will be manually dispatch (click&collect, have your own fleet, etc.) or if it's via Delivery company 

NOTE: 

To use the option of delivery company, user must first connect and activate the delivery company
