To start processing orders, user should first understand each tab in the Hub Operation App and on the dashboard

1. Click on Orders from the left-hand menu, then click on Live Orders
New Order | All approved orders from Sales Channel, manually created, or STO |
Picking | Orders that under picking or after the wave is generated |
Consolidation | An informative page which gives more details about the progress of the picklist wave |
Ready to Pack | Orders that are ready to pack after packing by picker NOTE: When it's a single order, user will scan the item's barcode. When it's a multi order, user will scan the bin barcode |
Ready to Ship | Orders that got inspected and AWB is generated for them (in case of orders with Delivery Company). For orders marked as manually dispatch, admin has to turn it to shipped then delivered manually |
Shipped | Orders that received by the courier |
All | All orders with all different statuses |
